What is the Daily Stress report?
The Daily Stress Report is mainly a tool for presenting how other factors than sports and training affect the athlete's recovery. The total load is not just accumulating during the training, but also decisions made during free time have an effect on the body. In general, traveling, heat, high altitude, and jet lag are factors that have a negative effect on recovery. Stress reactions are normal during the day, but there are always ways to increase recovery by ruling out the know causes of stress.
What is the meaning of the heights of the stress and recovery columns in the graph?
Columns indicate the magnitude of stress (red) and recovery (green) reactions scaled to the most intense reactions during the measurement. The height of the columns indicates the momentary percentage and the strength of the reaction. The higher the column presenting the reactions is, the more powerful the stress and recovery reaction.
