Firstbeat Sports: Coach app logs can be sent straight from your device to the Firstbeat Support if the app is not working as expected.
The logs are sent straight to Support over a network connection, so make sure the device is connected to a stable network (wi-fi or mobile).
|Prior sending the logs, we recommend to send an email to our Firstbeat Support (firstname.lastname@example.org). They will be in touch with you once your request has been processed.
Log in to the app with your username and password.
Open menu and press SUPPORT.
Press UPLOAD LOG FILES. If you have not yet contacted Firstbeat Support, you can contact them by pressing SUBMIT A TICKET.
