Firstbeat Sports Monitor installation on Mac computer

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to install the Firstbeat Sports Monitor (Sports Monitor) on Mac:

Download the latest update

If you haven't downloaded the Sports Monitor yet, the latest version of the software can be downloaded here: Where to download the Sports Monitor

If you already have Sports Monitor installed on your Mac the update is suggested automatically at Sports Monitor startup. On the screen click the Update button to start the download. If the download does not start automatically check here for guidance on how to download the latest version.

Start the installation process

Click the Continue button to start the installation process.

Agree on the license agreement 

In order to install the latest version, the license agreement needs to be accepted. In this view, you can print or save the agreement for later, go back to the previous step, or continue to agreeing on the agreement.

Click Agree if you want to install the latest version. In this confirmation dialog, there is also a button to open and read the license once again. Clicking the Agree button will move you to the next step.

Install the new version.

Click the Install button to start.

If prompted give your computer username and password to accept the installation.

Finish the installation

To finish click the Close button.

Move the installation file to Trash

This step is not mandatory but if you don't need the installation package anymore, you can move it to Trash by clicking the Move to Trash button.
