Are you having problems pairing the Firstbeat Sports Sensor? Do you get the following error message in your Firstbeat Sports Live app?:
Profile information update to sensor failed, please try again.
Then there may be problems with your profile information, for example resting heart rate information is missing, or the VO2max value is too high.
To check and correct your profile information, follow the below guidance:
- Log in to the Firstbeat Sports Cloud Dashboard with your username and password.
- Click the Profile menu in the top right corner and select My Profile.
- Scroll down to the Additional Bodymetrics and check that you have set the resting heart rate and VO2max. Resting heart rate should be between 30 bpm and 80 bpm, and VO2max should be lower than 70 ml/kg/min.
- Change the values if necessary and save the changes.
After correcting the profile information, open the Firstbeat Sports Live app and try pairing the sensor again.
