There may be problems with your profile information, for example resting heart rate information is missing.
To check and correct your profile information, follow the below guidance:

Log in to the Firstbeat Sports Cloud with your username and password.

Click the profile menu in the top right corner and select My Profile.

Scroll down to the Additional Bodymetrics and check the metrics.

Change the values if necessary and save the changes.
After correcting the profile information, open the Firstbeat Sports app and try pairing the Sensor again.
