Firstbeat Sports: Athlete app | Technical specs

The Firstbeat Sports: Athlete app allows individual athletes to view their training load and recovery data collected during team sessions and individual workouts. Athletes can conduct the Quick Recovery Test and upload data remotely for coaches to view in the Firstbeat Sports Dashboard.

Firstbeat Sports: Athlete login credentials are required to use the app (provided by Coach). The only sensor compatible with the app is the Firstbeat Sports Sensor.

Technical specifications:

• iPhone application (Bluetooth 4.0 and iOS version 17 and later) and Android application (Bluetooth 4.0 and Android version 11 and later)

• Profile pairing with Firstbeat Sports Sensor

• Live View to Sensor’s advertisement data

• Transmission range: up to 200m / 650 ft

• Measurement downloads from Sensors:

  • Multiple tablets can be used to download data

  • Download time approx. 7 sec/device for a 2-hour session

• Sync with Firstbeat Sports Cloud

• Ability to use for 2 weeks offline

• Language availability: English, Finnish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Chinese
