The Training Summary begins with a general overview. From the top right corner you can automate the report to be sent daily or weekly. Read more about the automation here.
Training History Chart
The Training History Chart shows you the last 12 weeks on training data to give you an marco/meso overview of your training: what have done, what are doing currently, what might come in the future.
The golden bars represent the TRIMP sums for any given day.
Black line is the Acute Load, the TRIMP sum of 7 days
Grey are represents balanced range, which is Chronic Load (TRIMP sum of the last 28 days divided by 4) multiplied by 0.8 to 1.3
Red dots are games, giving more context to the data.
Blue area is the selected 7 days
Weekly Values
The report continues with Weekly Values. These represent in more detail what your team has been doing for the last 7 days. Bars represent team average and dots representing individual athletes, making it easy for you to spot outliers and the athletes you need to focus on.
Athlete Ranking View
In the Athlete Ranking View, you can select from the top-right corner whether you want to view the data in a row or tile format — whichever suits you best.
The data displayed includes the Quick Recovery Score (7-day average), which helps you assess how well the athlete is coping with the training load they are exposed to.
The Acute Load section shows the current load (black number and black dot on the bar). The dark grey area represents the optimal range, while the light grey number and area indicate the athlete’s recent historical maximum for Acute Load. The number below the bar shows the change compared to seven days ago. The Load Ratio (Acute-to-Chronic Load Ratio) serves as an indicator of whether the training load is balanced.
Additionally, you’ll find minibars for each athlete showing TRIMP and Training Effect, providing a quick visual cue of whether your programming has gone as planned (for example: high, low, low, high).
Athlete View
You can access individual athletes or positions from the top-left corner of the Reporting Tool by clicking the team logo, or by selecting an athlete directly in the Athlete Ranking View.
The Individual Training Summary includes both a Training History Chart and Weekly Values, similar to what is shown in the team view.
