If you discover a malfunction in your heart rate belts, receivers, or Firstbeat Sports Sensors, please fill in the report for a faulty device. You can add many devices to one report. We will process the report within three (3) business days.
Do not send broken devices to Firstbeat without first filling in the a service report form online. Devices returned without the form will get delayed.
