Note: to have a Session Report available you need to create a session either live on the Coach App or post in the Sports Cloud
General overview and notifications
The Session Report begins with a general overview of the selected session, where you can add notes about the session. Any notifications related to the session are also displayed in this view — for example, if a new maximum heart rate (HRmax) has been detected for an athlete, or if data from an athlete is still missing. If necessary, you can revert the HRmax update here and manually add an exercise to keep the training load accurate.
Training Chart
Below the overview, you’ll find the Training Chart, which shows the team median and range of variation for the selected metrics, providing a general overview of the session. You can use the slider to analyze different time points on the chart. Underneath the chart you find a distribution across different heart rate zones (HR zones). The bars represent the team average, while the dots beneath them represent individual athletes, making it easy to identify outliers within the session.
Summary cards
Below the chart, you’ll find the Summary Card view. At the top of the summary cards you will find the team average for each selected metrics and under it you have the averages for different playing positions/groyps The History Comparison section allows you to compare the data from the current session with previous sessions that have the same name, type, or weekday (Premium+). Black dots represent the team average, while colored dots represent individual athletes. By hovering over the summary card, you can view the distribution of the selected metric across sessions. This helps you quickly identify outliers and the athletes who may need extra attention.
Athlete Ranking
In the Athlete Ranking view, you can compare the data from the selected session and metrics against each athlete’s historical values. This provides context on whether the result was typical for that athlete in this type of session or drill.
The bars in the first row represent the team average, while the dots beneath them represent individual athletes in the session. Below that, you’ll find detailed values for each athlete. The bars show the current session values, while the dots beneath them display historical values, making it easy to analyze whether the athlete’s response was typical for this session type. You can also rank athletes based on the selected data — for example, to identify which athletes demonstrate good heart rate recovery and which do not.
In the Athlete Ranking view, you can also see data from laps or drills that were tagged either live in the Coach App or afterward in Sports Cloud. By clicking the arrow icon, you can open a list showing the values for each athlete per lap. As before, historical data is available to help you determine whether the athlete’s response was typical for this type of drill.
Athlete View
You can access individual athletes from the top left of the Reporting Tool by clicking on the team logo.
Note: Differently to the team view, in the athlete view, you have the option to look also at a Measurement Report which includes all the data from a measurement from start to stop.
General Overview
On the top you have general information about the report. athlete name, session name/measurement and the name of the selected report. Then you will find some general information about the session/report, the athletes background parameters and notes which have been added to session. On the right side you will find the Training History.
The golden bars represent the TRIMP sums for any given day.
Black line is the Acute Load, the TRIMP sum of 7 days
Grey are represents balanced range, which is Chronic Load (TRIMP sum of the last 28 days divided by 4), multiplied by 0.8 to 1.3
Red dots are games, giving more context to the data.
Blue area is the selected day
“Today” represents the TRIMP sum of the selected day and shows what percentage it contributes to the Acute Load.
Training Chart
Below the overview, you’ll find the Training Chart, which shows the selected metrics in chart format. You can use the slider to analyze different time points on the chart. Underneath the chart you find a distribution across different heart rate zones (HR zones).
Summary cards
Below the chart, you’ll find the Summary Card view. At the top of the summary cards you will find the data for the selected session/measurement. The History Comparison section allows you to compare the data from the current session with previous sessions that have the same name, type, or weekday (Premium+). Each dot represents a historical value. By hovering over the summary card, you can view the exact value for each data point. This helps you quickly identify outliers within similar sessions.
Laps
Finally, you have the laps section where you have the lap data for the selected session/measurement.
The bars represent the value for the selected session/measurement while each dot represent a historical value within the selected comparison group.
Note: with Premium+ custom reports you can define which lap data is included. When the “Lap name and session” option is selected, laps with the same name are compared only within the selected sessions. When “Lap name only” is selected, laps with the same name are compared across all team training sessions.
