This is a Premium+ feature.
Select any Session Report and click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the report.
Click the plus (+) symbol and enter a name for the custom report.
Select the variables you want to include in the Training Chart, such as: (HR, %HRmax, TRIMP, TRIMP/min, Movement Load, Movement Intensity, EPOC, Energy Expenditure, Energy Expenditure Fats, Artifact Percentage, Speed (Garmin), Cadence (Garmin), Altitude (Garmin)
For the Summary Cards and Athlete Ranking views, you can select from the following variables: (Aerobic & Anaerobic Training Effect, TRIMP, TRIMP/min, Movement Efficiency, Movement Load, Movement Intensity, EPOC Peak, Avg HR, Avg %HRmax, Avg Artifact Percentage, Min HR, Min %HRmax, Peak HR, Peak %HRmax, Energy Expenditure, Energy Expenditure Fats, Time in HRzones, Avg VO2, Peak VO2, Hear Rate Recovery 15s-120s/bpm, Hear Rate Recovery 15s-120s/%HRmax, TRIMP/min peak 5s-120min, Movement Intensity Peak 5s-120 min, Peak %HRmax 5s-120min).
You can add new variables to the report by clicking the plus (+) symbol and remove variables by clicking the minus (–) symbol..
At the bottom of the customization tool, you’ll find options to modify the History Comparison section shown in the report.
This feature allows you to compare team training sessions based on criteria such as session title, type (Training, Game, Race, Rehab), or the day of the week the session was recorded. Adjust these settings to find matching sessions for more accurate comparisons.
You can also define which lap data is included. When the “Lap name and session” option is selected, laps with the same name are compared only within the selected sessions. When “Lap name only” is selected, laps with the same name are compared across all team training sessions.
Finally, you can select a comparison range from 7 days up to 730 days. The summary cards will always display data from up to the last 10 sessions, depending on the selected timeframe.
You can delete the Custom Report by clicking on the Settings-icon and then deleting it from Trash bin-icon.
