Report Overview & Team Summary
The Submaximal Fitness Test Report begins with a general overview of the test, including information about the team, the specific test conducted, and the number of athletes who participated.
After the overview, the Team Summary section presents two key metrics: Peak %HRmax (60s) and Heart Rate Recovery (60s, %).
Peak %HRmax (60s) represents the highest 60-second average heart rate recorded during the test, expressed as a percentage of the athlete’s maximum heart rate (HRmax).
Heart Rate Recovery (60s, %) represents the greatest 60-second decrease in heart rate after exercise, also expressed as a percentage of HRmax.
In both cases, the bar and the number next to it show the value recorded in the current test, while the number following it indicates the change from the previous test, measured in percentage points.
Gliding calculation window for 60s peak HR and 60s HRR allows more tolerance in setting up the start and end time of the test for each player making the workflow faster and more accurate.
Comparison Chart
The Comparison Chart helps you identify any issues that may have occurred during the test execution. It displays the heart rate curves for all players throughout the test, as well as their heart rate recovery.
This allows you to check for potential problems such as:
Did all athletes reach their peak heart rate at the end of the test, or did someone start too fast?
Is the heart rate response delayed for any athlete?
-
Are there any issues with data quality?
Athletes View
In the Athletes View you will find the result of this test, the Z-score and the Absolute Difference
The Z-score and Absolute Difference indicate whether a result falls within the typical range for an athlete.Additionally, you can view the test history for each athlete. Each black dot represents a historical test result, while the colored area shows the baseline range within ±1 standard deviation. For example, athlete Gabriel Turner, has significantly improved his conditions as his %HRmax is much lower than previously and Heart Rate Recovery is also trending it the right direction.
