To access the Submaximal Fitness Testing Tool, open the Reporting Tool and the click on Fitness Testing icon in the upper left corner in the panel.
See more on how to access it here.
Create a Protocol
Then click on the "+" symbol next to "Protocols".
This opens a pop-up window where you can define the protocol name, duration, sport and if you want to include a Heart Rate Recovery period or not. The name could be for example SMFT: 12km/h;50m indicating the speed and distance run with a duration of 4 min and it's done by running.
You can edit and delete protocols by clicking on settings icon next to the protocol.
Add a new Report
Once you have created a protocol, you can analyze a test by clicking on "Add new Report". This opens a pop-up window where can select which protocol you want to use for analyzing the data.
Select the protocol and click on next.
Select the date and the athletes.
Give a start time if known or use the slider on the HRchart to adjust the start time. With the help of Movement Intensity data you can identify the start time on a second basis without even knowing when test actually started. This is helpful when athletes are doing the test by themselves.
Proceed and end the process by clicking save.
You can edit reports by clicking on the edit icon and open reports by clicking on the open icon.
When doing Submaximal Fitness Test frequently for a longer time period the filtering feature might come in need. You can find it from the top right corner of Submaximal Fitness Testing Tool.
With it you can filter the reports based on test protocols or date period
