Understanding the Bar Chart View
In the Bar Chart view each bar represents the current value for an individual athlete based on the selected metric.
This view helps you quickly compare athletes during a live session and identify differences between individual athletes or groups.
Using the Quick Metric Selection Panel
The quick metric selection panel is located on the right side of the screen.
You can customize the quick selection panel by tapping the settings icon. From there, you can select up to 8 metrics to display in the panel.
Comparing Live Data with Reference Values
In the Bar Chart view, you can compare the ongoing session data with reference values. This helps you understand how the current session compares with typical loads from other teams, sports, or the athlete’s own previous sessions.
To compare the ongoing session with reference data:
- Tap Edit on the right-side panel.
- Select the sport you want to use for comparison.
- Select the gender.
- Choose the session load level you want to compare against:
- Low load
- Moderate load
- High load
- Game load
Reference values are currently available for several sports, including:
- American Football
- Basketball
- Field Hockey
- Football
- Ice Hockey
- Rugby Union
- Tennis
Comparing Live Data with an Athlete’s Historical Data
You can compare the ongoing session with each athlete’s own historical data. This helps coaches quickly see whether the current session load is lower, similar to, or higher than the athlete’s typical values from previous sessions.
To do this, select one of the following options:
- Show all session data
- Show specific session data
When using specific session data, you can filter the historical sessions by session title. For example, you can search for titles such as GD-2 or Game.
The selected historical values are shown as dots below the bar chart for each athlete. This makes it easier to see how the current session compares with the athlete’s previous sessions.
Additional filters include:
- Date range, from the last 7 days up to 365 days
- Session type
Filtering Athletes and Using Full Screen Mode
In the top-right corner of the Bar Chart view, you can:
- Filter which athletes are shown
- Enter or exit full screen mode
