How to manually synchronize the Coach app with Sports Cloud

The Firstbeat Sports Coach app automatically synchronizes with Sports Cloud at regular intervals. To synchronize immediately, use Sync now.

A manual synchronization can download the latest changes from Sports Cloud to the Coach app and upload data stored on the iPad to Sports Cloud.

Before you start, make sure the iPad has an internet connection.

1. Open the Coach app.
2. In the navigation bar, tap More (…).
3. Tap Sync now.
4. Wait for the synchronization to finish.

The timestamp above Sync now shows when the most recent server synchronization was completed.
